A hotel on Hilton Head Island is listed among the top hotels in the nation by U.S. News and World Report.
“Guests who stay here delight in the lush scenery, the luxurious rooms and the professional, approachable and welcoming staff,” the listing says.
In creating its list, U.S. News and World Report considered a hotel’s other awards and recognition, its class rating from multiple sources and its guest rating from TripAdvisor.
“Guests heap praise on this elegant property,” the publication reported about the hotel in the 5,200-acre oceanfront community. It noted the popularity of the Sea Pines Resort and the “stunning” Harbour Town area.
“The resort is surrounded by golf courses and private villas with shops and restaurants all within walking distance,” the publication said. “Hilton Head is ideal for families that love the outdoors.”
The hotel’s rooms feature walk-in rain showers and blackout curtains, along with perks like daily court time for tennis and reduced green fees for golf.
