Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners ranked No. 12 for total units in April 2013 among Coldwell Banker affiliate offices in North America for offices of 11 to 20 sales associates. This is the second time this year that the office has achieved such accolades.
On May 19, Hampton Lake in Bluffton treated Family Promise participants to a fun day at the community's private resort. Family Promise is a nonprofit organization that partners with local churches to host homeless families while teaching them life skills and helping them find jobs and housing. With volunteers from Family Promise, a mother and her teenager daughter and another mom and her baby enjoyed the day at Hampton Lake's pool and lazy river, strolled the community's boat dock and ate a complimentary lunch at lakeside restaurant Backwater Bills.
Beach Properties on Hilton Head Island is participating in the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control's Adopt-A-Beach program. The company has selected to keep the area on the beach between Tower Beach Club and Lands End in Sea Pines Plantation clean of trash and other debris. The Adopt-A-Beach program is part of the DHEC Marine Debris Initiative.
