Nationwide,1,100 professional builders havethis designation. Administeredby the National Association ofHome Builders, the CGB programis sponsored locally bythe Hilton Head Area HomeBuilders Association.

The CGB curriculum incorporatestraining by leadingbuilding industry practitionersand academics on topicsincluding business management,emerging technologiesand market trends. After earningCGB credentials, programgraduates maintain their designationthrough completionof 12 hours of training everythree years.

Garman is also a CertifiedGreen Professional throughthe National Association ofHome Builders and a CertifiedMaster Builder through theHome Builders Association ofSouth Carolina.
