Bluffton home builder to donate small houses to flood victims

Brighton Builders of Bluffton will build and donate two small homes to victims of the recent flooding.

The homes, which will be about 260 square feet, include "all the essentials of a normal house, just smaller," company owner Ben Kennedy said Tuesday.

The company will begin building the homes later this week. Those homes will likely be completed and delivered to families in need by next month.
