The Transportation Security Administration has opened a faster screening site at the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport.
The site allows travelers to leave on their shoes, light outerwear and belt, keep their laptop in their cases and keep compliant liquids in a carry-on bag, according to a news release.
Travelers can sign up for the site online and pay an $85 application fee for a five-year membership.
Once approved, travelers can use the faster screening sites at more than 115 participating airports across the country.
