Beaufort lawyers elected to state bar positions

Beaufort attorneys Bill Harvey of Harvey & Battey, Mary Sharp of Griffith, Sadler & Sharp, and David Tedder of The Law Offices of David Tedder were recently re-elected to the S.C. Bar's House of Delegates, according to a news release from Griffith, Sadler & Sharp.

The attorneys will represent the 14th Judicial Circuit for two-year terms beginning July 1.

The House of Delegates establishes policy for the South Carolina Bar.

Floral-arrangement business opens in Bluffton

Poor Girls, a flower-arranging business, has opened in Bluffton.

The home-based business owned by Jane Pitts provides flower arrangements for smaller weddings, parties and other occasions.
