Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort recently hired Chris Fleury as food and beverage director.
Fleury is responsible for food and beverage operations at Palmetto Dunes, including all three golf grills, the Dunes House and the catering and events department.
Before joining Palmetto Dunes, Fleury held management positions at the Westin Resort and Wild Wing Café. He also served as the director of food and beverage for the Heritage Golf Group on Hilton Head Island.
