The Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce’s Business EXPO 2010 continues from noon to 5 p.m. today at the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. The chamber says the event is the region’s largest business-to-business marketing event.

The keynote speaker at 4 p.m. is Curt Mercadante, principal of Merc Strategy Group, who will discuss the use of social media in marketing, from Twitter to Facebook to blogs.

The firm utilizes technology to build winning strategic communications campaigns for corporations, nonprofit and advocacy organizations. Mercadante previously served as director of political and state affairs for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform, one of the nation's largest business advocacy organizations.

Admission is $10 and includes a ticket to EXPO After Hours, a networking event.
