Where: Hilton Head Island — 7 Greenwood Drive (Former Hilton Head Brewing Company location in the Triangle)
Planned Opening: Late spring
Menu: Personalized non-GMO pizzas cooked in a pizza oven from Naples, Italy. Cheese plates, meat boards, salads and wine and beer will also be on the menu.
Atmosphere: A live tree will grow in middle of the restaurant to foster a traditional European feel.

Planned Opening: August
Menu: The menu will be similar to Fishcamp on Broad Creek and focus on Lowcountry Coastal cuisine. Other items such as chicken and burgers will be available.
Atmosphere: Expansive outdoor seating. Decor will tip its hat to the history of the 11th Street Dock — where the county’s original shrimp factory once sat.

Planned Opening: March 5
Menu: Traditional and boneless wings with 16 sauce options and five seasonings. Other bar food options such as nachos, cheeseburgers and chicken tenders will be available
Atmosphere: The franchise is known for its sports bar feel including plenty of televisions to show a variety of sporting events.

Menu: Inspired by ‘vibrant flavors’ of Rome — hometown of the executive chef and owner Giancarlo Balestra.

Where: 2015 Boundary Street, Beaufort (Beaufort Town Center)
When: Late April/Early May
Menu: Menu ranges from build your own breakfast sandwich to the “Cracked Egg Breakfast” — three eggs, two meats, grits, toast, hash-browns and two homemade pancakes.
Atmosphere: The third restaurant in the Cracked Egg chain will have morning cocktails, live music and open 24-hours a day.
