Emily Anne Yocco and Alexander Michael Kristoff of Charlotte, N.C., were married at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 29, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Savannah.
The bride is the daughter of Matt and Nancy Yocco of Hilton Head Island. The groom is the son of Mike and Patty Kristoff of Hilton Head.
The Rev. J. Kevin Boland, Bishop Emeritus, officiated.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree and Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011 and is currently employed by the University as a Post-Graduate Teaching Fellow.
The groom is a 2007 graduate of the College of Charleston, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Finance. He currently owns and operates Disposable Flasks, Inc.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Maid of honor was Ms. Amber Brittany Davis of Atlanta. Bridesmaids were: Mrs. Erin Caldwell Yocco of Bluffton, sister-in-law of the bride; Ms. Cassandra Marie Kristoff of Hilton Head, sister of the groom; Mrs. Austin Kirby Kristoff of Bluffton, sister-in-law of the groom; Ms. Meghan Ailis Marino of Washington, DC; and Ms. Molly Breena McFerran and Ms. Laura Leigh Wright, both of Atlanta.
Best man was Mr. Nicholas Michael Kristoff of Bluffton, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were: Mr. Ryan Matthew Yocco and Mr. William Stanton Yocco of Bluffton, brothers of the bride; Mr. Daniel Scott Harms of Bluffton; Mr. Andrew Carroll Jaffee of Charleston; Mr. Lee Matthew Kuivila of Raleigh, N.C.; and Mr. Anthony Robert Savarese of Hilton Head.
Flower girl was Miss Kelley Sophia Webb, cousin of the bride.
The reception was held at the Telfair Academy of Arts and Sciences in Savannah.
Following a honeymoon to Kauai, Hawaii, they live in Charlotte, N.C.
