• The Ivy Garden Club of Ridge-land South Carolina will hold its 13th annual lawn and garden festival from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 24 at the Blue Heron Nature Trail Learning Center in Ridgeland. It will include vendors selling plants, produce, pottery, woodcrafts and food, as well as children’s activities, silent auction and door prizes. Master Gardeners will answer questions. Shannon Tanner will provide live entertainment from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m, and there will be a fishing tournament for children ages 5 to 16 from 9 a.m. to noon. Participants are asked to bring their own fishing equipment and must be accompanied by an adult. Bait will be provided. Money raised will benefit beautification projects in Jasper County.

• Eighteen agents from Weichert Realtors-Coastal Properties won sales awards at the annual banquet hosted jointly by three Weichert Broker Councils — Northeast Carolina, Southeast Coastal and Western Carolina.
