Collins Group Realty and the Linda Rudd Team of Engel & Völkers Hilton Head Island — Bluffton were named two of America’s most productive sales teams as part of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents, a ranking report produced by REAL Trends and sponsored by Zillow.
Both teams are now members of the “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” list. To qualify, an agent must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in sales volume in 2016. For real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transactions or $30 million in closed sales volume.
“This group of highly successful real estate sales agents represents less than 1 percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States,” said Steve Murray, publisher of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents and president of REAL Trends.
The Collins Group Realty team ranked No. 5 in South Carolina for sales volume and No. 8 in the state for number of transactions.

The Linda Rudd Team of Engel & Volkers ranked No. 26 in the state for sales volume. In addition to Rudd, the team includes agents Marcia Hunter, Ken Hiatt and Bob Casterline.
