According to Go Tri Sports' Alfred Olivetti, space in each race is still available. Those interested in registering for the event may do so on Friday at Go Tri Sports, located at 31B New Orleans Road, Hilton Head, or on Saturday morning at the registration tent. The event begins at 9 a.m.
The layout of the race course will also force a few road closures. Parts of School Road, from in front of the recreation center to the corner of Wilborn Road, will be closed. Parts of Wilborn road will also be closed. Each road is expected to reopen around 10:30 a.m.
