Bluffton 61, Colleton County 12: Senior Night at Bluffton High School was a breeze for the Bobcats, as they concluded their regular-season schedule with their first Region 8-AAAA win of the season, 61-12 over Colleton County.
"We got to send the seniors out the right way; It was a pretty good one tonight," Bluffton coach John Hollman said.
Bluffton (13-5 overall, 1-4 region) won six matches with pins: Nick Stead (106 pounds), Eddie Salvador (120), Austin Farmer (145), Kyle Waddell (182), Edgar Prada (195) and Danny Hart (285). Colin Placke (138) added a major decision, and Mike Meyerink won the closest match of the night, a 4-3 decision at 152 pounds.

Bluffton hosts the Beaufort County Championships on Saturday. All of the county's wrestling programs, including middle school and JV, will be competing.
Battery Creek: The Dolphins dominated four opponents on Wednesday night, defeating St. John's (66-9), Burke (66-15), Military Magnet (72-6) and Cross (75-3).
Alex Nelson, Toby Beall, Isaiah Sloan and Seth Priester each had two pins on the night for Battery Creek (31-13), which will wrestle Saturday at Bluffton in the Beaufort County Championships.
Hilton Head Christian Academy's Kerry Davis took first place in the Ladies Varsity division out of 59 female shooters with a score of 68 out of 80 clays Saturday at Live Oak Club in Swansea.
Drew Davis placed 10th out of 93 male shooters in the Varsity division with a score of 70 clays broken out of 80. James Bartholomew shot a 60 out of 80 clays.
Also competing were for the Eagles were Matt Crowe, Bryce Flowers, Caroline Graves, Hunter Greenwell, Shaun Poole and Reese Woods.
