Hilton Head Island High 4, Rush Henrietta, N.Y., 3 (8 innings): Kayla Roberts went 2 for 4, driving in the tying run in the sixth inning and the winning run in the eighth.
Whitney Halley hit a pair of triples and also struck out six for the win.
Aileen Moore, Macy Moore and Jackie Budidharma each went 2 for 4 for the Seahawks (9-3), who piled up 14 hits.
Hilton Head High returns to Region 7-AAA action on Monday at Berkeley.
Summerville 10, Beaufort High 1: Maddie Berry had two hits and an RBI, and Megan Cieplowski also had two hits in the loss.
Michelle Brown and Regina Bolden each had one hit for the Eagles (6-10 overall, 1-5 region), who stranded 10 runners on base.
Beaufort High plays at Fort Dorchester at 7 p.m. Monday.
Bluffton 8, Rush Henrietta 2, N.Y., (Monday): Morganne Parker went 3 for 4 with a double and three runs scored, and Brittany Windish added a double and an RBI for the Bobcats. Pitcher Courtney Smith got the win, striking out 13 in six innings. She allowed three hits and walked one.
Hilton Head Christian 10, St. Andrew's 0 (6 innings): Andrew Halley went 2 for 4 with a double, two runs scored and three RBIs to lead Hilton Head Christian (9-5). Reese Dolyniuk went 2 for 3 with two RBIs, and Kevin Campbell scored three runs.
Luke Higgs got the win for the Eagles, throwing two innings in relief. He gave up one hit and struck out three.
Hilton Head Christian plays Thursday at Northwood Academy.
Hilton Head High tournament: It was a good day for Ohio teams, as Northview (Ohio) knocked off Pigeon Forge (Tenn.), 11-1, and St. Francis DeSales (Ohio) routed Warren Christian (Fla.), 28-5
The tournament continues today with three games, starting at noon with Pigeon Forge against Warren Christian. Northview faces St. Francis DeSales at 3 p.m., and then Northview takes on Hilton Head High at 6.
Whale Branch 8, Allendale-Fairfax 7: Jay Delaney earned the win and his twin brother Dee Delaney picked up the save for the Warriors (7-8 overall, 7-3 region).
Nik Nederman led the Whale Branch offense with two hits.
The Warriors host Ridgeland at 5 p.m. Friday.
Pinewood Prep 11, Hilton Head Prep 1 (6 innings): Greg Warren went 1 for 2 with a run scored, and J.T. Marbut had a double in the loss for the Dolphins (7-4 overall, 1-3 region).
Hilton Head Prep plays at Porter-Gaud at 6 p.m. Friday.

Clark also had two assists, while Hegarty, Colin White and Will Peterkin had one assist each.
Goalie Noah Sulek made seven saves for the Dolphins, who play at Bluffton at 5:30 p.m. Friday.
Hilton Head Island High 3, Bluffton 0: Eliot McPherson, Nick Karis and Chris MacMurray scored goals, and Mike Ritterbeck made three saves for the shutout.
