Former Irmo, Stanford QB transfers to Clemson

With the loss of Chad Kelly, Clemson coach Dabo Swinney and quarterbacks coach Chad Morris were in the market for more help at quarterback for this season. They have found their man in former Irmo quarterback David Olson (6-3 220), who just graduated from Stanford, where he was reserve for the Cardinal. Olson visited Clemson on Wednesday with his parents and accepted the offer from Swinney to join the Tigers for his final season of eligibility.
