Hilton Head's Hayley Carter reaches NCAA Round of 16 in singles, doubles

North Carolina freshman Hayley Carter, a Hilton Head Island native, has advanced to the Round of 16 at the NCAA Women's Tennis Singles Championship in Athens, Ga.
