CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- Bryan Radziewski struck out 10 batters in seven innings to lead Miami to a 2-1 win over Clemson on Saturday.
The Hurricanes, who evened the series 1-1, improved to 26-16 overall and 9-11 in the ACC. The Tigers, who saw their 11-game winning streak come to an end, fell to 27-12 overall and 13-7 in ACC play.
Radziewski (6-1) gave up just two hits, one run, and four walks. Eric Nedeljkovic pitched a scoreless ninth inning with two strikeouts to record his ninth save of the year.
Clemson starter Matthew Crownover (5-1) suffered his first collegiate loss.
Both of Miami's runs were unearned. In 17 innings pitched in the series, the Clemson pitching staff has yet to allow an earned run.
Garrett Boulware had a team-high two hits for Clemson, while Jon McGibbon had the Tigers' only RBI.
Clemson went 1 for 13 with runners on base and 0 for 7 with runners in scoring position.
The series finale is set for 1 p.m. today.
