Use this form if you have results from local inter-club or intra-club golf matches. Please provide first and last names. When filling in the results field, please limit report to top three finishers in each flight of competition.
(Please note that The Packet will not accept online hole-in-one notices. If you've hit a hole in one, please consult the golf club and ask them to submit the information on their letterhead. The forms can be faxed to us at 706-3070.)
