Don't raise county taxes for maintenance work

With respect to the proposed 1 percent sales tax increases, we now learn that one of the options "would pay for specific capital improvements throughout the county" and later, "pay for smaller capital projects such as fixing potholes or cleaning drainage ditches, as they arise."
