Health care predications are gloomy and not true

A recent letter writer conjures up all kinds of gloom and doom predictions that will result from the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). No facts are given, only conjecture on his part. He also takes objection to the president's constitutional right to veto legislation. In the view of the writer, apparently a black president doesn't enjoy the same privileges as his predecessors.
