Who was the genius who designed the highway approaches to the entrance at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church and its school?
Oh, I forgot, it was probably the same genius who was in charge of designing Bluffton Parkway. You know, the one that wasn't done right the first time, so it has to be rerouted at a great cost to the taxpayers.
Sometime in the future, the left turn to get to the church will be somewhere east of the entrance. You'll make a U-turn and go back to turn right into the entrance. Oh my, they forgot to put a right-turn deceleration lane there.
I'm taking bets on which will be completed first -- this problem or Bluffton Parkway.
Someone called to complain about this disaster waiting to happen and was told, "That's the way it is, so just get used to it." Well, when we have a tragic accident, we know whom to blame.
