Members of the lesbian, bisexual, gay and transgender community should have the right to pursue relationships without persecution.
They should also have the right to be legally married in any form they desire. To me, this is a matter of acceptable personal freedom, which supersedes the rules of any government.
However, I believe the LBGT community should respect the rights of others to consider their sexuality as not normal. A child is the product of a female and male; therefore, many of us believe this is the intended sexuality of our society. Some in the LBGT community believe that people must approve and promote their sexuality, or they are the enemy. I strongly resent this attitude.
I do not ask or expect others to approve or condone my lifestyle. Differing beliefs do not prevent us from respecting and loving others.
