The S&P 500 moved back above 1,350 on Feb. 9.
It is interesting to look back and note that 1,350 was the level of the S&P 500 the week George W. Bush was inaugurated in 2001.
Bush passed the baton to President Barack Obama on Jan. 20, 2009, with the S&P 500 points lower at 850. Now, three years and three weeks later, we have gotten the 500 points back.
