A brilliant solution to the congressional quagmire in Washington is gaining grassroots support.
It is the Warren Buffet Rule for Congress (“You just pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more than 3 percent of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible for re-election”).
It would probably receive over 90 percent approval if the proposals got on ballots. Every candidate for national office should be challenged to defend the status quo against these sensible ideas.
