Hurricane Matthew debris removal on Hilton Head Island will stop for the holidays, according to a town news release.
CrowderGulf, the company contracted by the town to clear the debris, will shut down its operations from Dec. 23 to Jan. 2, the release said.
Citizen drop-off sites also will shut down on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31, according to the release. The locations are otherwise open from 7 a.m. to dusk. Following are the local drop-off sites:

CrowderGulf also will remain running from 7 a.m. to dusk on days it is operating.
