32-year-old Sumter man surrenders, sought after shots fired into Sumter apartment

32-year-old Terrance Deangelo Haynesworth of Sumter turned himself in to Sumter Police Tuesday night. He was sought by authorities after gun shots were fired into an occupied apartment on Sampson Street Monday night.
