A Rock Hill woman whose aunt said she had been using crack cocaine throughout the day streaked across a neighborhood without her shirt and pants on Christmas Eve, knocking on stranger’s doors and yelling “nonsensical things,” police say.
At about 1 p.m. Tuesday, police were sent to a Hutchinson Street home after a woman, 57, reported that her niece, Angel Brock, 38, began taking her clothes off outside, according to a Rock Hill police report.
She told police that Brock had been “smoking crack all day and was running around yelling and taking her clothes off.”
The woman pointed to a neighbor’s house across the street, showing officers where her nude relative was last spotted, the report states. Police found a shirt on the sidewalk and heard loud banging and yelling.
They found Brock banging on the screen door of a house. She was topless and her pants were falling down around her knees, the report states.
The homeowner told police that Brock had no business there and just came over, screaming and banging on the door. Brock smelled of alcohol, police said.
She was arrested and charged with public disorderly intoxication. She pleaded guilty to the charge and received time served.
