Opinions split on whether Bostic can topple Sanford in GOP runoff

Opinions are split on whether Republican congressional candidate Curtis Bostic can make the mammoth jump from winning 13 percent of the vote in Tuesday's primary to defeating former Gov. Mark Sanford in the April 2 runoff.
