A 41-year-old Bluffton man called police after being "sucker punched" during a poker game early Sunday, according to a Beaufort County sheriff's report released Tuesday.
The dispute began when the attacker claimed the victim owed him $100, the report said.
The victim was interviewed by a deputy at Hilton Head Hospital. He said he didn't know his attacker, but would try to get his name from fellow players.
