Hanna causes no major damage in South Carolina
Tropical Storm Hanna caused no significant damage in South Carolina, according to the S.C. Emergency Management Division.
Some areas along the coast experienced strong winds and heavy rain, with some counties reporting pockets of minor flooding and power outages.
There were no reported problems in Beaufort and Jasper counties, according to a meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Charleston. There were, however, wind gusts along the coast.
The storm made landfall near the South Carolina-North Carolina border at 3:20 a.m. Saturday.
