The following reports were filed Friday at the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office on Hilton Head Island.
HILTON HEAD ISLAND
Car break-in
• Nationwide Auto, 2 Southwood Park Drive -- Two Sony amplifiers worth $1,000 and JVC stereo system worth $500 stolen from Ford Explorer. Dashboard damaged: $200.
• Pembroke Drive -- Wallet worth $80, two credit cards and CD case containing 90 discs worth $900 stolen from 2000 Ford Contour.
Vandalism
• Mathews Drive -- Window broken. Damage: $200.
• Harold's Diner, 641 William Hilton Parkway -- Spray paint on building. Damage: $100.
Theft
• Port O'Call, 13 Barcelona Drive -- Two bicycles worth a total of $300 stolen.
• Star Nails, 841 William Hilton Parkway -- $1,001 stolen from purse in store.
• 92 Main St. -- Copper gutters worth $1,700 stolen from construction site.
