The Bluffton Police Department has identified the second suspect involved in a disturbance in Old Town last week and is working with other agencies to find him.
Capt. Joseph Manning, who declined to release the suspect's name, said the man will be charged with attempted murder in connection with the Feb. 20 incident in which another man was struck by a Chevrolet Tahoe and shots were fired outside a May River Road home.
The SUV driver, 29-year-old Quaddray Dramel Gaston of Bluffton, was charged with attempted murder the next day, but police did not locate a man seen running from the scene with a gun.
Gaston went to a home in the 1200 block of May River Road about 3:30 p.m. to fight, police have said. Manning said investigators have a theory about what started the fight, but declined to release more details, citing the ongoing investigation.

Gaston was released Thursday from the Beaufort County Detention Center after posting a $30,000 bond, according to the jail log.
