    Jackson Bell, 11, was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis, a disease that makes the simple task of swallowing into an agonizing process. At 2-years-old, Doctors put Jackson on a feeding tube 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Although he'll have the tube for the rest of his life, he now can eat a few foods without the tube's help.
