Hilton Head time-share company sues law firm for alleged trademark violations

Coral Resorts filed a federal suit Tuesday that accuses the Naert and DuBois law firm of purchasing keywords related to the resorts through search engine advertisers such as Google AdWords. The resort claims it lost business as a result.
