A second Bluffton teen has been charged with 15 counts of breaking into motor vehicles and one charge of first-degree burglary.
Tevin Rivers, 18, turned himself in Friday and is being held for prosecution at the Beaufort County Detention Center, with bail set at $125,000, according to a news release from the Bluffton Police Department.
Between the late hours of July 8 and early morning of July 9, Rivers and another teen broke into 15 cars in the Mill Creek neighborhood in Bluffton, the release said.
Ray Altacho, 17, of Bluffton was charged July 9 with the same offenses. He also remains in jail, with bail set at $125,000.

A "large amount" of the stolen property was recovered and returned to the owners by police, the release said.
