A Lady's Island health food store has found a new home.
After eight years at 95 Factory Creek Court, It's Only Natural will open at 10 a.m. Tuesday on Sea Island Parkway.
"We closed our kitchen about seven months ago," manager Dawn Pemberton said. "Our new place offers more sales floor and less space dedicated to food prep.
"It really just got to the point where our food costs kept going up and the economy kept going down. We just had to make a really hard decision."

The new spot at 110 Sea Island Parkway near the intersection of Youmans Drive also is easier to access and offers more parking, Pemberton said.
It's Only Natural's products include gluten- and wheat-free foods, low-sodium products, organic and grass-fed meats, cage-free chicken, tea and organic cheese.
It also carries supplements and beauty products, Pemberton said.
It's Only Natural will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Tidal Creek Fellowship, a nondenominational church that started in 2002 and meets at Coosa Elementary School, started construction Feb. 6 at 290 Brickyard Point South, said Jim Riley, administrative pastor.
The building will include a worship center, several children's classrooms, meeting rooms, offices and a lobby, Riley said.
"We plan to do other expansion later, but that will depend on when we need those things," Riley said. "We'll have to see how quickly things grow."
Tidal Creek Fellowship hopes to have its first services in the new building before Thanksgiving, Riley said.
The new Palmetto Eye Specialists branch at 33 Kemmerlin Lane will offer medical and surgical ophthalmology care along with routine optometry exams and services, said Linda Stroud, an office manager.
Palmetto Eye Specialists on Lady's Island is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and will take emergency calls, Stroud said.
Dick Stewart, CEO of 303 Associates, which owns the space, said the restaurant's owner packed up the restaurant last week without notice.
The owner could not be reached for comment.
303 Associates plans to lease the space and is negotiating with two parties, Stewart said.
