Beat the heat

As the outside temperature and humidity rise, so do the risks of heat-related illnesses. These conditions limit your body's ability to cool itself and can cause severe, even life-threatening illnesses. If you have a chronic medical condition such as diabetes or kidney disease or take certain medications, you might be at greater risk of heat illnesses.
