    The nearly complete home being built by Bluffton-based Brighton Builders has extras like wood floors and beams, and is equipped with the same high-end windows the company uses in its custom homes. The tiny home will be donated, within a couple weeks, to a yet-to-be selected family in the Manning area, company owner Ben Kennedy said. He added that once the home is donated, Brighton Builders plans to build and donate another tiny home to a South Carolina family.
