The "World's Largest Boiled Peanut" was unveiled at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Bluffton Farmers Market.
The peanut is made of pine studs, plywood, chicken wire, insulation and paint. It has taken the Bluffton Boilers 30 days to build, and was built in anticipation of the second annual Bluffton Boiled Peanut Festival, will will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday on Calhoun Street.
