The Lunch and Listen series featuring American roots music ends with a performance by Chris Jones and the Blue Dots at noon today at the Universf South Carolina Beaufort Center for the Arts auditorium. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lunch or purchase one at Outtakes Cafe next door to the center. The series is a collaboration between USCB Center for the Arts, the Friends of the Beaufort County Library, and the Beaufort Branch Library in anticipation of the upcoming Smithsonian exhibit, "New Harmonies: Celebrating American Roots Music," on display at the Beaufort library Saturday through Feb. 4.
