In the Hilton Head Island/Bluffton area, closed transactions were up 19.7 percent in July compared to last year. Positive signs continue on the horizon with many pending transactions. Median sales price continues to inch up, with an overall median sales price up 7.1 percent to $244,000. Absorption rates improved as months of supply of inventory was down 29.1 percent to 7.7 months.
