Schiller-Stinson joins Dunes Marketing

Realtor Stacha Schiller-Stinson has joined the Lowman team at The Dunes Marketing Group. She is part of a family of real estate investors, and has experience in buying and selling residential property and managing rental real estate.

She has lived in Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina and Texas before moving to the Lowcountry.

Federinko added at Weichert Realtors

Brad Federinko has recently joined Weichert Realtors-Coastal Properties.

Prior to moving to Hilton Head Island in 2009, he worked for KB Custom Machining and Johns Manville Fiberglass Insulation, both in Ohio, as a sales and customer service professional. He is a graduate of the Professional Golfers Career College and was employed at Berkeley Hall prior to joining Weichert.

Federinko also holds a Federal Aviation Administration private pilot license and has been involved with aviation for 14 years.

He will work out of the real estate company's Rose Hill office in Bluffton.

Boyer hired at Alliance Group

Magen Boyer has joined The Alliance Group Realty located in the Fresh Market Shoppes on Hilton Head Island.

She is a 23-year Hilton Head resident and has 15 years of real estate appraisal experience.

During the past year, Boyer has focused on real estate sales. She has lived in Leamington since 1999.
