Hilton Head businessman wins right to town records at less cost

A judge ruled Tuesday that the Town of Hilton Head Island can't charge businessman Skip Hoagland for the time it takes to comply with a subpoena Hoagland filed for documents regarding the town's relationship with the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce.
