Three more companies have joined the Done Ryan Center for Innovation in Bluffton: CERAS System, U-Fixit and Center for Medical Excellence.
CERAS System, created by Bluffton resident David Sklar, is an easy-to-assemble, eco-friendly building construction system that produces no waste. The system can be assembled without power on virtually any site with no special training, according to a news release. Small CERAS kits will be introduced locally soon.
U-Fixit, created by Bluffton resident Robinson York, is a brand of do-it-yourself automotive and engine repair facilities. Customers can rent bay time and have access to a tools, equipment, and a certified mechanic. York is currently seeking venture capital.
The Center for Medical Excellence is a consulting service and medical management company aimed at helping professional practice increase the quality of patient services and outcomes. Consulting services and technology solutions will be available to medical, dental and veterinarian practices. The center's three partners are: Frank Bowen, Al Bischoff and Tom Conner.
