A Bluffton man faces involuntary manslaughter charges in connection with his role in a Virginia wreck that killed three people, according to The Associated Press.
John Parker, 32, was indicted Monday by a Wythe County, Va., grand jury on three counts of reckless involuntary DUI manslaughter. He is also charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The fatal wreck occurred in August in Wythe County. Virginia State Police said a pickup truck driven by Parker crossed the center line, hitting a van and an SUV. Three people in the van, all from West Virginia, died, according to AP.
Parker's trial is set for June.
