Josephine's Entry: Hi, my name is Josephine Bredice, and I have recently moved to the Lowcountry. For many years of my life, I have been battling my weight. After my second child, I entered Bally's Gym Center, where I started as a size 18 and slimmed down to a size 11-12 after 3 months.

Over the past 1 1/2 years, I have been traveling back and forth from New York to the Lowcountry, getting my family's life situated, and planning to get married. Now that I am permantley here, I had to cancel my membership, which i am very sad about. In the meantime, I moved here with my two children to be with my fiance and planned our wedding. It seems that I found a full-time job, my fiance tells me we are not compatible after three years of dating. He really was no help with watching the children to let me work out. Once I got my own apartment in November and after battling depression of being away from my family during the holidays, changing my whole life for this relationship, struggling to pay the bills. I just can't afford to pay for a gym facility. There is no way.

I am currently on my way back to a size 18, and I have never been sooo disgusted in myself, which this is what it takes me to get motivated. I have gotten into many bad eating habits again, and I know I am just being lazy and depressed. It's hard knowing that at one time I was working out 4-6 days per week at 1-2 hours per day and whatever I could do in between. It's sad and hard to know I did this, and I am almost as big as when I gave birth, when I was a size 20.

I desperately need help to make me that strong, independent and beautifully physiqued woman I used to be, and I think you are the boost I need when I saw this ad in the paper. I hope I hear from you any which way and may this project work well for anyone who gets picked.
