Miss Bridgett Thomason Molony and Dr. Lee Lockwood Tupper, both of Columbia, S.C., were married on May 4, 2013, at First Presbyterian Church in Beaufort. The Rev. Patrick Perryman officiated the 6 p.m. ceremony. A reception followed at the home of the bride's parents.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Deal Molony, Jr., of Beaufort. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Franklin Thomason, Mrs. Raymond Deal Molony and the late Mr. Molony. She graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She is employed at United Way of the Midlands
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Lockwood Tupper, Jr., of Columbia. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Alexander Shuford, Jr., and Mrs. James Lockwood Tupper and the late Mr. Tupper. He graduated from Clemson University with Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Civil Engineering. He is employed at HDR Engineering.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Bride's attendants were Miss Mary Bailey Buchanan, Miss Emily Elisabeth Jones, Dr. Sarah Anne Knowlton, Miss Marianne Davis Moseley, Miss Rebecca Joye Murrell, Dr. Caitlin Ryan Palazola and Dr. Helen Moses Trammell. Guests were greeted by Miss Mary Lake Newton and Miss Elizabeth Coleman Hutchison.

Groomsmen were Mr. Park Mikell Tupper and Mr. Joel Ashford Tupper, brothers of the groom, Mr. Paul James Schaefer, Mr. Frank Taylor Brennecke, Mr. William Coleman Hubbard, Jr., Mr. Boyd Baxter Lever, Mr. Daniel Lee Marsha and Mr. Raymond Deal Molony III, brother of the bride. Ushers were Mr. Ross Thomas Miller and Mr. Charles Connelly Prevost.
