Allison Renee Shepard and Zeke Jeffrey Roeser of Washington, D.C. were married at 4:30 p.m. April 28, 2012, at National City Christian Church.
The bride is the daughter of Jeffrey A. Shepard and Helen L. Shepard of Hilton Head Island. The groom is the son of Donald B. Roeser and Sandra J. Roeser of New Port Richey, Fla.
The Rev. Dr. Stephen W. Gentle officiated. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Bridesmaids were Shannon Currie and Tamara Tiomkin of New York; Marcia Glass of Wyncote, Pa., Abby Mills of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Jamie Roeser of Long Island, N.Y., cousin of the groom; and Bridgid Sheridan of West New York, N.J.
Best men were Ben Holmes of New York and Adam Sedgewick of Washington.Groomsmen were Ben Wilson of New York, Phil Chang, Phil Coticelli and Joseph Delano Rojakovick, all of Washington.
A reception hosted by the parents of the bride was held at the National Museum of Women in the Arts.
Allison Shepard, 29, is an associate director at Corporate Executive Board, a research firm in Arlington, Va. She graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University and received a bachelor's degree in Marketing. She is a member of the Junior League of Washington, D.C.
Zeke Roeser, 32, is an attorney and managing partner of Roeser & Whitlock, LLP in Washington, a torts law firm he co-founded in 2011. He received a bachelor's degree in History from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in New York City.
Following a honeymoon to St. Lucia, they will reside in Washington.
