'Polo For Charity' returns for 16th year

The sport of kings returns!

The 16th annual "Polo for Charity" event will take place Nov. 8 at Rose Hill Plantation in Bluffton.

Gates open at 12 noon, and match play begins at 2 p.m.

The event benefits the nursing scholarship program at the University of South Carolina Beaufort, as well as other selected Okatie Rotary charities.

Tickets are $15 a person at the gate on the day of the match and $10 per person in advance. Children under 12 are admitted free, and tickets for active duty and retired military are $5 in advance or at the gate (ID required).

Advance tickets may be purchased at BB&T in Bluffton, Hilton Head and Beaufort.
